The Fichier des Écritures Comptables(FEC ) is a document that must be presented to the tax inspector in the event of an accounting audit, and constitutes a standardized exchange format between French accounting systems.
Kafinea lets you export closed and open entries and integrate them into accounting software.
You can define the export parameters by following this path: Finance > Accounting and selecting the tab 'Export' tab.
Advanced options allow you to fine-tune the context of data export. A special option allows you to define whether, when exporting, the amounts will be in two separate columns (Debit and Credit) or in a single column (Amount). This option depends on the software into which the accounting will be imported.
After selecting these options, click on Export the download of your data begins immediately (file in CSV format). You can then use this file to import your data into your accounting system.
