Introduction #
The Campaigns module lets you plan, execute, and track your marketing activities: email campaigns, SMS campaigns, events, trade shows, and more. Each campaign includes planning details, budget, target audiences, and results. It is accessible via Marketing > Campaigns.
1. Create a campaign #
Click on Add a campaign from the module list.
Key information:
- Campaign name: the campaign title (required)
- Type: the type of campaign (email, phone, mail, trade show, webinar, etc.)
- Status: The campaign's status (scheduled, active, completed, canceled)
- Start Date and End Date: the campaign period
- Budget: the allocated budget
- Actual cost: the cost actually incurred
- Expected revenue: projected sales
2. Campaign Targets #
From record campaign record , you can link targets:
- Prospects: the prospects targeted by the campaign
- Contacts: existing targeted contacts
- Accounts receivable: targeted companies
The status of each target can be tracked individually (sent, opened, replied to, converted, etc.).
3. Tracking Results #
The campaign centralizes performance metrics:
- Number of targets contacted
- Response rate
- Number of conversions (prospects converted into customers)
- ROI: Comparison of actual costs and revenue generated

How do I send an email to all recipients in a campaign?
Visit the "Setting Up Email and SMS Campaigns " page to configure and launch the campaign.
Can I import a list of targets?
Yes, you can add targets in bulk from the record by selecting existing records or importing a list.
How to measure return on investment?
Compare the field Actual cost with the Expected revenue and the deals actually closed thanks to the campaign. The projected margin can also be calculated.
