There are multiple ways to create a lead in Kafinea, from the manual method to the most complete automation via the API or via a contact form on your website connected to your Kafinea instance.

Activities & Comments #
Ces blocs présents sur les enregistrements Prospects permettent aux agents commerciaux de saisir un compte-rendu de leurs échanges avec les prospects et de lister les différentes activités effectuées ou planifiées (appel, SMS, email, visioconférence, etc). C’est notamment pratique quand un prospect est transféré d’un agent commercial à un autre en cours de négociation.
Campaigns #
Via l’onglet relationnel Campagnes des enregistrements prospects, vous pouvez manuellement ajouter le prospect à une campagne email ou SMS existante.
Widgets #
You can add a widget to any of your dashboards, displaying certain prospects according to industry, source or status.
Converting prospects into customers #
Kafinea permet de convertir un prospect en seulement quelques clics. Sur l’enregistrement Prospect, cliquer sur le bouton Convertir. Une fenêtre pop-up apparaît avec plusieurs options d’actions :
- Créer un compte client depuis le champ Société renseigné sur l’enregistrement Prospect
- Convertir le prospect en contact
- Créer une affaire pour gérer l’opportunité en cours avec ce nouveau compte client.
You can trigger one or more of these actions. You can modify the mapping of lead conversion data from the Kafinea parameters.
