Shortcuts<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quick Create<\/strong>: the <em><strong>+<\/strong><\/em> button allows you to quickly create a record in any module without leaving the current page<\/li>\n<li><strong>Notifications<\/strong>: the notification icon displays pending alerts and reminders<\/li>\n<li><strong>My Profile<\/strong>: quick access to your preferences, profile, and logout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>4. Navigation Within Records<\/h2>\n<p>Within a module, navigation is organized into three levels:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>The List<\/strong>: overview of all records in the module, with filters and sorting<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Detail Record<\/strong>: complete view of a record with all its fields and tabs<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tabs<\/strong>: access to related elements (documents, activities, history\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Good to Know<\/strong>: You can customize the columns displayed in lists and save your favorite filters for quick access.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<h2>5. The Company Selector<\/h2>\n<p>In multi-company mode, a selector allows you to switch between the different configured companies.
