Introduction<\/h2>\n

Kafinea includes an electronic signature<\/strong> service that allows documents to be signed directly from the application, without printing or postal delivery. Documents are sent to signatories by email and signed online with legal validity. This feature is available from the records of the relevant documents (quotes, contracts, etc.). <\/p>\n

\n

1. Send a document for signature<\/h2>\n

From the record of an entry that has a PDF document template (quote, purchase order, contract, etc.):<\/p>\n

  1. Generate the PDF document using the Export PDF<\/strong><\/em> button<\/li>\n
  2. Use the Electronic signature<\/strong><\/em> action to initiate the process<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the signatories (name, email) and the signature locations on the document<\/li>\n
  4. Send the signature request<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The signatory receives an email with a secure link to view and sign the document online.<\/p>\n

    2. Signature tracking<\/h2>\n

    From Kafinea, you can track the status of each signature request:<\/p>\n
