To synchronize Kafinea with your bank, follow this path: *Finance\/Bank Accounts* then click on ‘Synchronize automatically<\/strong><\/em>‘.
\nThen, simply follow the instructions to select your bank and enter your bank authentication information.
\nSynchronization is automatic: the bank account is created in Kafinea with all relevant account information (RIB, IBAN, BIC…).
\nIt is possible to synchronize as many bank accounts as needed.
\nThis procedure allows you to retrieve bank transactions corresponding to your bank statement into Kafinea. Automatic data synchronization occurs approximately twice a day.
\n[box] Tip:<\/strong> If your bank credentials change, your bank account in Kafinea will no longer synchronize. An information message will appear on the various pages displaying bank transactions. The procedure to update your new credentials follows the same path. The system detects that your bank account already exists, and a ‘Modify my credentials’ link is offered. [\/box]<\/p>\n
