Create an Activity<\/h2>\n<p>You can create an activity in two ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Directly from the Activities module<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>From an individual&#8217;s record<\/strong>: <em><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/em> tab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Information to be provided:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subject<\/strong>: the activity description (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong>: event, task, call, meeting\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date and time<\/strong> and <strong>end date and time<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong>: planned, in progress, completed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Related person<\/strong>: the employee concerned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>2. Activity Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>Activities allow for maintaining a history of HR interactions and events for each employee. From an individual&#8217;s record, the <em><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/em> tab displays: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upcoming activities (planned)<\/li>\n<li>History of past activities (completed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>3. Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Are HR activities visible in the calendar?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes, activities appear in the Kafinea calendar of the user responsible for them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I schedule recurring activities?<\/strong><br \/>\nActivities are created individually.
