Access<\/h2>\n<p>Access the explorer via <strong>Settings &gt; Extensions &gt; AI Agents Explorer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>2. Statistics dashboard<\/h2>\n<p>The top of the page displays a summary dashboard with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Total number of runs<\/strong>: number of AI agent executions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estimated cost<\/strong>: total estimated cost based on tokens consumed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tokens used<\/strong>: breakdown between prompt tokens (input) and completion tokens (output)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Statistics by period<\/strong>: monthly or weekly breakdown<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>3. Filters<\/h2>\n<p>You can filter the run list by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong>: running, completed, failed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agent<\/strong>: agent name<\/li>\n<li><strong>Model<\/strong>: AI model used<\/li>\n<li><strong>User<\/strong>: user who triggered the run<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>5. Run details<\/h2>\n<p>By clicking a run, you can access the details, which include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Input summary (prompt sent)<\/li>\n<li>Event list (agent intermediate steps)<\/li>\n<li>Generated response<\/li>\n<li>Detailed metrics (tokens, cost, duration)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>6. Tools available to agents<\/h2>\n<p>AI agents have a set of tools that allow them to interact with Kafinea data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Search<\/strong>: search for records in modules<\/li>\n<li><strong>Read<\/strong>: view the details of a record<\/li>\n<li><strong>Browse<\/strong>: navigate relationships between records<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analyze<\/strong>: calculate aggregates or statistics<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create<\/strong>: create new records <em>(requires the Beta toggle)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong>: update existing records <em>(requires the Beta toggle)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Delete<\/strong>: delete records <em>(requires the Beta toggle)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"bq-note\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Agents follow the access rights of the user who triggers the run. The create, edit, and delete tools are only available if the <strong>(Beta) Allow the AI Agent to modify data<\/strong> option is enabled in <strong>Settings &gt; Features<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<h2>7. Configuration<\/h2>\n<p>AI agent configuration is managed in Kafinea configuration files:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>API key<\/strong>: configured in the AI gateway settings<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feature flags<\/strong>: enable\/disable AI features<\/li>\n<li><strong>Available models<\/strong>: list of usable AI models<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"bq-important\">\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Changing these settings requires server access.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<h2>FAQ<\/h2>\n<p><strong>How can I see how much AI usage costs?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe explorer dashboard displays the estimated cost per run and the total cost. These estimates are based on the number of tokens consumed. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Can an agent modify data?<\/strong><br \/>\nWorkflow-type agents (VTMdsPromptAITask) can update the fields configured in the mapping. AI chat can create, edit, and delete records only if the <strong>(Beta) Allow the AI Agent to modify data<\/strong> option is enabled in <strong>Settings &gt; Features<\/strong>.
