Objective<\/h2>\n

When you mobilize many responders, you want each
\nassignment to be visible only to the right people<\/strong>: those in the right
\ngeographic area, with the right qualifications, or meeting any other criterion.
\nThat is the role of people lists<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The principle is simple: you link a people list<\/strong> to an
\nassignment. Only people who meet the criteria of this list will see
\nthe assignment in their space and will be able to sign up for it. Each assignment can
\nbe linked to a different list. <\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Describe your responders<\/h2>\n

Enter your responders in the People<\/strong> module, with the fields you will
\nuse to segment them: geographic area, skills, availability,
\nstatus\u2026 The more precise your segmentation criteria are, the more relevant your lists will be.\n<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2013 Create people lists<\/h2>\n

In the People<\/strong> module, create lists<\/strong> (filtered views) that match
\nyour needs, for example:<\/p>\n
