It is necessary to<br \/>\n<strong>staff quickly<\/strong>, ensure that each person only sees the missions that<br \/>\nconcern them, and <strong>track attendance<\/strong> in the field.<\/p>\n<p>The most telling example is that of an <strong>inventory company<\/strong>: it mobilizes<br \/>\n <strong>thousands of inventory takers<\/strong> across <strong>hundreds of points of sale<\/strong>, on<br \/>\nshort time slots, sometimes several hundred missions in the same month. Model the workers<\/h3>\n<p>Describe your pool in the <strong>People<\/strong> module, with the fields that will be used to<br \/>\n <strong>segment<\/strong> them: geographic area, skills, qualifications, availability.<\/p>\n<h3>2.
