If you are an administrator looking to configure who sees which<br \/>\nassignments, please refer to<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kafinea.com\/en\/documentation\/project-management\/secure-assignments-using-a-people-list\/\">Securing assignments by list of people<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>What your responder area is for<\/h2>\n<p>The responder area is a website accessible from your <strong>phone, your<br \/>\ntablet, or your computer<\/strong>. You manage your assignments yourself, with complete<br \/>\nautonomy: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>view <strong>upcoming assignments<\/strong> you can participate in;<\/li>\n<li><strong>register<\/strong> for an assignment with one gesture;<\/li>\n<li><strong>cancel<\/strong> a registration if you are no longer available;<\/li>\n<li>access the <strong>history<\/strong> of your past assignments;<\/li>\n<li>present your <strong>Identification Code<\/strong> on-site on the day of the assignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You only see assignments that <strong>concern you<\/strong>: those your<br \/>\norganization has made available to you based on your criteria (area, qualification, availability, etc.).<\/p>\n<h2>Logging in<\/h2>\n<p>You will receive a link and your credentials by email. On first login,<br \/>\nopen the link, enter your username and password, then add the<br \/>\nsite to your phone&#8217;s home screen to access it easily. <\/p>\n<h2>Your personalized welcome<\/h2>\n<p>When you arrive at your area, you are greeted with a personalized message<br \/>\n(&#8220;Hello &lt;first name&gt;&#8221;) accompanied by an <strong>avatar<\/strong> displaying your <strong>initials<\/strong>. If<br \/>\na <strong>photo<\/strong> appears on your profile, it is displayed <strong>in the top right<\/strong> of<br \/>\nthe screen (your account menu), accessible from all pages. You can<br \/>\nadd or modify your photo from your <strong>Profile<\/strong> page.  <\/p>\n<h2>View available assignments<\/h2>\n<p>The home screen lists <strong>upcoming assignments<\/strong> as cards. Each<br \/>\ncard shows the essentials: title, date, location, and <strong>remaining spots<\/strong>. A<br \/>\n<strong>badge<\/strong> indicates the status of each assignment (for example &#8220;Full&#8221;<br \/>\nwhen there are no more spots).<\/p>\n<p>You can filter the list (for example by area) to keep only what interests you.<br \/>\nOpen a card to display the <strong>detailed record<\/strong> of the assignment. <\/p>\n<h2>Register for an assignment<\/h2>\n<p>From an assignment record, press the registration button. Your<br \/>\nrequest is processed immediately. Registration is only possible if:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the assignment is <strong>upcoming<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>there are <strong>spots<\/strong> remaining;<\/li>\n<li>the assignment does not <strong>overlap<\/strong> with another you are already registered for;<\/li>\n<li>the assignment is <strong>available<\/strong> to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If one of these conditions is not met, a message will explain why.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancel a registration<\/h2>\n<p>As long as the assignment has not taken place, you can <strong>cancel<\/strong> your registration<br \/>\nfrom its record. Depending on the progress of your file, your spot is either released<br \/>\nimmediately, or marked as <strong>to be replaced<\/strong> so that the organization can<br \/>\nfind you a replacement. <\/p>\n<h2>On-site: your Identification Code<\/h2>\n<p>On the day of the assignment, your area displays an <strong>Identification Code<\/strong> (a<br \/>\ncode to present or scan). It allows you to confirm your <strong>presence<\/strong> on the<br \/>\nsite, in a simple and full-screen format, readable even outdoors. <\/p>\n<h2>My past assignments<\/h2>\n<p>A <strong>history<\/strong> tab summarizes the assignments you have<br \/>\nparticipated in.
