Chaque mod\u00e8le regroupe les param\u00e8tres communs \u00e0 un type de contrat : statut d&#8217;emploi, convention collective, r\u00e9gimes de protection sociale, quotit\u00e9 de travail, etc. Il est accessible via <em><strong>Ressources humaines &gt; Mod\u00e8les de contrats de travail<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les mod\u00e8les servent de base lors de la cr\u00e9ation des contrats individuels, \u00e9vitant de ressaisir les informations communes \u00e0 chaque nouveau contrat.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>1. Utilisation des mod\u00e8les<\/h2>\n<p>Lors de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un contrat de travail pour un collaborateur, vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner un mod\u00e8le. Les champs du mod\u00e8le sont alors automatiquement report\u00e9s sur le contrat, que vous pouvez ensuite personnaliser si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/strong> : Les mod\u00e8les sont particuli\u00e8rement utiles lorsque vous avez plusieurs types de contrats r\u00e9currents (CDI cadre, CDI non-cadre, CDD, alternance\u2026). Cr\u00e9ez un mod\u00e8le par type pour gagner du temps et garantir la coh\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. G\u00e9n\u00e9ration automatique de contrats depuis une affectation<\/h2>\n<p>Kafinea permet d&rsquo;automatiser la cr\u00e9ation de contrats de travail gr\u00e2ce aux workflows. Lorsqu&rsquo;une personne est affect\u00e9e \u00e0 un projet (via le module <strong>Participations aux projets<\/strong>), un workflow peut d\u00e9clencher automatiquement :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du contrat<\/strong> : un contrat de travail est cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des informations de l&rsquo;affectation et du mod\u00e8le de contrat associ\u00e9. Si un contrat est d\u00e9j\u00e0 rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;affectation, aucun doublon n&rsquo;est cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Le verrouillage du contrat<\/strong> : le contrat est verrouill\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement pour garantir son int\u00e9grit\u00e9 (voir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kafinea.com\/documentation\/parametrage\/le-verrouillage-permanent\/\">Le verrouillage permanent<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;envoi \u00e0 la signature \u00e9lectronique<\/strong> : une demande de signature \u00e9lectronique est automatiquement cr\u00e9\u00e9e et envoy\u00e9e au signataire via le service de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kafinea.com\/documentation\/gestion-documentaire\/la-signature-electronique\/\">signature \u00e9lectronique<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/strong> : Ce processus automatis\u00e9 permet de g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 du cycle \u00ab affectation \u2192 contrat \u2192 signature \u00bb sans intervention manuelle, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour les entreprises ayant un volume important de contrats (int\u00e9rim, missions courtes, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"bq-important\">\n<p><strong>Important :<\/strong> Pour que ce workflow fonctionne, un mod\u00e8le de contrat doit \u00eatre correctement configur\u00e9 et le service de signature \u00e9lectronique doit \u00eatre activ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>4. Questions fr\u00e9quentes<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La modification d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le impacte-t-elle les contrats existants ?<\/strong><br \/>\nNon, les contrats d\u00e9j\u00e0 cr\u00e9\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le ne sont pas modifi\u00e9s r\u00e9troactivement. Seuls les nouveaux contrats utiliseront les valeurs mises \u00e0 jour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combien de mod\u00e8les puis-je cr\u00e9er ?<\/strong><br \/>\nIl n&rsquo;y a pas de limite. Cr\u00e9ez autant de mod\u00e8les que n\u00e9cessaire pour couvrir les diff\u00e9rents types de contrats de votre entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les informations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale sont-elles obligatoires ?<\/strong><br \/>\nElles ne sont pas techniquement obligatoires dans le mod\u00e8le, mais elles sont n\u00e9cessaires pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration correcte des d\u00e9clarations sociales (DSN).
