When it comes to running a business, every detail counts, and invoicing is one of the pillars of the commercial relationship. Respecting the obligatory information on your invoices is not just a question of legal compliance: it's also a guarantee of seriousness for your customers and partners. So, what should you include? What changes are on the horizon for 2026? We explain it all!
Why is it essential to include the required information on invoices?
Mandatory information has a dual purpose: to guarantee the legality of transactions, and to ensure the transparency of exchanges between the company and its customers. In the event of an inspection, a non-compliant invoice can lead to fines and litigation. Ensuring that each invoice is complete and accurate is therefore essential to avoid unpleasant surprises.
