Kafinea subscription
There are three subscriptions to choose from: À la carte, Business and Premium. Kafinea Business is the most popular, and meets the needs of the vast majority of SMEs while allowing them to control their budget. We offer integration and training for your administrators with every Kafinea Business or Premium subscription. This represents a saving of at least 20,000 euros compared with our competitors.
Our new À la carte subscription lets you select only the applications you need to save you money.
Our subscriptions are already optimized to offer an attractive rate with an unlimited number of users. Your subscription won't cost you more when you hire new people.
Our subscriptions are monthly and without commitment. So you can stop whenever you like.

No! You can share your subscription between your companies for just €100 extra per company per month.

Kafinea safety

No, you decide who has access to what. Kafinea features a highly sophisticated access rights management system. Not only can you choose which users have access to which applications or modules, but also what they can do within them. You can set these rights down to the last field (invisible, read-only, write), as well as whether or not they can add, modify or delete records, or import or export them from the system.
Kafinea is hosted on Google Cloud servers in Belgium. We made this choice because of the reputation, quality and security of Google's infrastructure and the location of our customers' data in Europe to guarantee their security and compliance with European regulations such as the RGPD.
Kafinea ensures the protection and backup of customer data thanks to a high-performance, redundant system, with backups stored in data centers separate from production systems. Your data is backed up daily, with a retention period of 100 days for customer files and 7 days for databases. Our high-performance automatic systems monitor the operation of our servers and automatically repair them within minutes in the event of a problem. Because transparency is important to us, you can access our real-time system status and incident history at https://status.kafinea.com.
Kafinea training and support
No problem at all! Our team will configure the software according to your needs, for example by adding custom fields. We'll also set up the necessary automations. Once you've finished, we'll give you the keys to become autonomous in your use of Kafinea thanks to an administrator training course. You don't need to have advanced IT skills to benefit.
Our team trains up to three Kafinea administrators at your company during a four-hour videoconference training session, divided into two two-hour sessions. These administrators are then responsible for training your in-house staff.
We offer administrator training for our Business and Premium customers.
Kafinea offers ticket-based technical support with rapid response. A Business subscription will prioritize your tickets. A Premium subscription also gives you a dedicated contact person. You'll be able to communicate over the phone or by email with someone who understands your business and will support you in your use of Kafinea.
Kafinea updates
We carry out regular graphical and functional updates to enhance your user experience. These updates are carried out automatically in the cloud, with no interruption to service.
Yes, all new features and updates are included in your monthly subscription, at no extra cost.

The company behind Kafinea
Our company is called Madiasoft. Our head office is in Fort-de-France, Martinique. Our postal address is in Paris. This choice is in line with the optimization and coherence of our organizational structure. Our activities are expanding, based on a sustainable model.
There are about ten of us at Madiasoft. We operate entirely remotely, with a flexible, responsive organization. We don't seek to emphasize the size of our team, but rather what makes it effective: competence, commitment and complementarity.
We have chosen not to publish our sales figures. This figure is neither a priority indicator for us, nor something we seek to enhance. Our business model is based on long-term customer satisfaction, not on growth targets. We are not looking for external financing. Our priority is the continuous improvement of our service, not the race for records.
