Not necessarily. Kafinea has been designed to be configurable without development skills. However, a team with a minimum of technical and theoretical skills (accounting, management, logistics, etc.) is very useful for proposing relevant integrations to your customers.

From the moment you sign your distribution contract, you'll benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program, including an advanced presentation of the platform and its features, configuration and customization methods, examples of successful deployments, and more. The aim is to quickly make you operational and autonomous for your future integrations.

On average, complete onboarding and initial customer integration can be completed within a few weeks. This depends on your familiarity with ERP systems and the level of support you require.

You can adapt the ERP in depth via custom fields, custom blocks, workflows, calculation rules, document templates and precise access rights. In this way, you remain in control of the configuration without having to modify the code or rely on specific development.

Kafinea is distributed under its own brand name. On the other hand, you can offer your support or service under your company's name, with the freedom to create your own commercial packaging around our solution.

Kafinea meets the needs of companies of all sizes and in a variety of sectors, but is natively designed for SMEs selling services to other companies. This type of customer requires the least development and benefits from rapid integration.

Once integration is complete, first-level functional support is provided by the distributor. Technical requests or software upgrades are handled by our teams, in collaboration with the distributor concerned.

Kafinea's source code is not accessible to distributors for stability and security reasons. You can customize the software with custom fields and blocks, workflows, calculation formulas and PDF document templates. If your customers require a feature that doesn't exist or can't be configured by you, we'll develop it ourselves.
