Kafinea Subscription

There are three subscriptions you can choose from: À la carte, Business, and Premium. Kafinea Business is the most popular and meets the needs of a vast majority of SMEs while allowing them to control their budget. We offer integration and training for your administrators for any Kafinea Business or Premium subscription. This represents a saving of at least 20,000 euros compared to our competitors.

Our new À la carte subscription allows you to select only the applications you need, helping you save money.

Our subscriptions are already optimized to offer an attractive price with an unlimited number of users. Your subscription will not cost you more when you hire new people.

Our subscriptions are monthly and without commitment. You can cancel whenever you wish.

Simply send us an email and we will cancel your subscription. You can easily export your data from the administrator interface or request our assistance for a complete transfer.

No! You can share your subscription among your companies for only an additional €100 per company per month.

Yes, we offer a free trial period so you can test Kafinea. Schedule a demo of the software with us, which will then grant you access to the software for 14 days.

Kafinea Security

No, you decide who has access to what. Kafinea has a very granular access rights management system. You can not only choose which users can access which application or module, but also what they can do within it. You can configure these rights down to the field level (invisible, read-only, write), and also grant or deny the ability to add, modify, or delete records, or to import or export them from the system.

Kafinea is hosted on Google Cloud servers in Belgium. We made this choice due to Google’s reputation, quality, and security of infrastructure, and the location of our clients’ data in Europe to ensure its security and compliance with European regulations such as GDPR.

Kafinea ensures the protection and backup of client data through an efficient and redundant system, with backups stored in data centers different from the production systems. Your data is backed up daily with a retention of 100 days for client files and 7 days for databases. Our efficient automatic systems monitor the operation of our servers and automatically repair them within minutes in case of a problem. Because transparency matters to us, you can access our system status in real time and an incident history at the following address: https://status.kafinea.com.

Kafinea Training and Support

No problem! Our team configures the software according to your needs, for example, by adding custom fields. We also set up the necessary automations. Once completed, we provide you with the keys to be autonomous in your use of Kafinea through administrator training. No advanced IT skills are required to benefit from it.

Our team trains up to three Kafinea administrators within your company during a four-hour videoconference training session divided into two two-hour slots. These administrators are then responsible for training your employees internally.

We offer administrator training to our Business and Premium clients.

Kafinea offers ticket-based technical support with quick responses. A Business subscription will prioritize your tickets. A Premium subscription also offers you the possibility of having a dedicated contact person. You will then be able to communicate by phone or email with someone who understands your business and supports you in your use of Kafinea.

Kafinea Updates

We regularly perform graphical and functional updates to improve your user experience. They are done automatically in the cloud and do not cause service interruptions.

Yes, all new features and updates are included in your monthly subscription, at no extra cost.

Absolutely, Kafinea is designed to evolve with your company, whether you need more features or additional users.

We encourage feedback from our clients to help us improve our software. You are best placed to provide it! You can submit your suggestions via your support access on our extranet or via our contact form. We will take them into account during future updates.

The Company Behind Kafinea

Our company is called Madiasoft. Our head office is in Fort-de-France, Martinique. Our postal address is in Paris. This choice is part of an optimization and consistency approach with our organizational model. Our activities are expanding, based on a sustainable model.

There are about ten of us at Madiasoft. We operate entirely remotely, with a flexible and responsive organization. We do not seek to emphasize the size of our team, but rather what makes it effective: competence, commitment, and complementarity.

We choose not to publicly disclose our revenue. This figure is neither a priority indicator for us nor an element we seek to highlight. Our model is based on the lasting satisfaction of our clients, not on growth targets to display. We are not seeking external funding.
