This page is intended for responders (people deployed in the

What your responder area is for #
The responder area is a website accessible from your phone, your
tablet, or your computer. You manage your assignments yourself, with complete
autonomy:
- view upcoming assignments you can participate in;
- register for an assignment with one gesture;
- cancel a registration if you are no longer available;
- access the history of your past assignments;
- present your Identification Code on-site on the day of the assignment.
You only see assignments that concern you: those your
organization has made available to you based on your criteria (area, qualification, availability, etc.).
Logging in #
You will receive a link and your credentials by email. On first login,
open the link, enter your username and password, then add the
site to your phone’s home screen to access it easily.
Your personalized welcome #
When you arrive at your area, you are greeted with a personalized message
(“Hello <first name>”) accompanied by an avatar displaying your initials. If
a photo appears on your profile, it is displayed in the top right of
the screen (your account menu), accessible from all pages. You can
add or modify your photo from your Profile page.
View available assignments #
The home screen lists upcoming assignments as cards. Each
card shows the essentials: title, date, location, and remaining spots. A
badge indicates the status of each assignment (for example “Full”
when there are no more spots).
You can filter the list (for example by area) to keep only what interests you.
Open a card to display the detailed record of the assignment.
Register for an assignment #
From an assignment record, press the registration button. Your
request is processed immediately. Registration is only possible if:
- the assignment is upcoming;
- there are spots remaining;
- the assignment does not overlap with another you are already registered for;
- the assignment is available to you.
If one of these conditions is not met, a message will explain why.
Cancel a registration #
As long as the assignment has not taken place, you can cancel your registration
from its record. Depending on the progress of your file, your spot is either released
immediately, or marked as to be replaced so that the organization can
find you a replacement.
On-site: your Identification Code #
On the day of the assignment, your area displays an Identification Code (a
code to present or scan). It allows you to confirm your presence on the
site, in a simple and full-screen format, readable even outdoors.
