Bank accounts

To synchronize Kafinea with your bank, follow the steps below: Finance/Bank accounts then click on 'Synchronize automatically'.
Then follow the instructions to select the bank and enter your bank's authentication details.
Synchronization takes place automatically: the bank account is created in Kafinea, along with all related information (RIB, IBAN, BIC, etc.).
You can synchronize as many bank accounts as you need.
This procedure enables you to retrieve the banking transactions corresponding to your bank's statement in Kafinea. Automatic data synchronization takes place approximately 2 times a day.
[box] Tip: If your bank details change, your bank account in Kafinea will no longer synchronize. An information message is displayed on the various pages presenting bank transactions. The procedure for updating your bank details follows the same procedure. The system detects that your bank account already exists, and a link 'Modify my identifiers' is proposed[/box].
