To sync Kafinea with your bank, follow this path: *Finance/Bank Accounts *then click on ‘Synchronize automatically’.
Then simply follow the instructions provided to select your bank and enter your bank’s authentication information.
Synchronization occurs automatically: the bank account is created in Kafinea with the relevant account information (RIB, IBAN, BIC, etc.)
You can synchronize as many bank accounts as needed.
This process allows you to import bank transactions matching your bank statement into Kafinea. Automatic data synchronization occurs approximately twice a day.
[box] Tip: If your bank credentials change, your bank account in Kafinea will no longer sync. An informational message will appear on the various pages displaying bank transactions. To update your new credentials, follow the same steps. The system will detect that your bank account already exists, and a "Edit my credentials" link will be provided.[/box]
