With KAFINEA, you can send your documents to your contacts at the click of a button. No need to save the PDF, open your e-mail, write a message... The functionality is built into every document!

Once you've set up your emails, you can send your documents.
Send a document by email #
Click the PDF context menu button on a document's detail page. The dialog box offers the option Send by Email. The recipient is added by default and corresponds to the document’s context. Similarly, the sales document will be added as an attachment by default. To learn about the default settings, please refer to the article: Sending emails and SMS messages.
You can change the recipients, edit the content of your email, and add additional attachments by clicking Choose a file.
You can also use personalized email templates. Please see the article: How to create personalized email templates?
