With KAFINEA, you can send your documents to your contacts at the click of a button. No need to save the PDF, open your e-mail, write a message... The functionality is built into every document!

Once you've set up your emails, you can send your documents.
Send a document by email #
Click on the PDF contextual button on the document details page. The dialog box offers the option Send by email. The recipient is added by default and corresponds to the context of the document. With the same logic, the sales document will be added as an attachment by default. To find out which parameters are used by default, please consult the article: Sending emails and SMS.
You can change the recipients, the content of your e-mail and add other attachments by clicking on Choose a file.
You can also use personalized email templates. Please see the article: How to create personalized email templates?
