Presentation #

The employee portal is the extranet space dedicated to your company’s employees. It allows each employee to independently access their personal information and complete routine tasks without having to contact HR or the administration directly.


Portal Access #

To access the employee portal:

  1. Log in to the Kafinea extranet using your personal login credentials
  2. You'll be taken to your dashboard, which displays a summary of your information in the form of widgets

Available features #

Vacation and Absences #

From the portal, you can manage all your leave and absences:

  • Check your leave balances in real time (annual leave, RTT, etc.) via the "My Leave Balances" widget
  • Submit leave requests directly through the extranet
  • Track the status of your requests (pending, accepted, rejected)

Timesheets #

The portal allows you to enter and track your work hours:

  • Track your time on the projects and activities you are assigned to
  • View your time entry history

Projects #

You can view the projects you're involved in:

  • View your active participation in projects
  • Track the progress of projects that concern you

Documents #

The portal gives you access to your personal documents:

  • Pay stubs: View and download your records
  • Contracts: Access your contract documents
  • Other documents: any documents provided by your company

Employee Portal Card #

Your Employee Portal card centralizes your personal and professional information.

The dashboard #

The employee portal's home page displays a personalized dashboard with various widgets:

  • My Leave Balance: A quick overview of your leave entitlements with direct access to absence management
  • My Timesheets: A summary of your recent entries
  • My projects: your active participation

These widgets provide you with an overview of your information and shortcuts to the most common actions.
