What is your contributor space for? #
The Service Provider Portal is a website accessible from your phone,
tablet, or computer. There, you can manage your own service calls with complete
autonomy:
- view upcoming events you can attend;
- sign up for a session in just one click;
- cancel your registration if you are no longer available;
- viewa history of your past interactions;
- Please present your identification code in person on the day of the service.
You will only see the assignments that apply to you: those that your
organization has made available to you based on your criteria (location, qualifications, availability, etc.).
Sign in #
You will receive a link and your login credentials via email. The first time you log in,
click the link, enter your username and password, and then add the
website to your phone’s home screen so you can find it easily.
Your personalized welcome #
ajouter ou modifier votre photo depuis votre page Profil.
See available presentations #
The home screen lists upcoming events in the form of cards. Each
card displays the key details: title, date, location, and remaining seats. A
badge indicates the status of each event (for example, “Sold Out”
when there are no seats left).
You can filter the list (for example, by area) to show only the items that
interest you. Open a map to view the record of the service call.
Sign up for a session #
After record session, press the registration button. Your
request will be processed immediately. Registration is only possible if:
- the procedure is coming up;
- There are still spots available;
- the program does not overlap with another program you are already enrolled in;
- You are welcome to participate.
If any of these conditions are not met, a message will explain why.
Cancel a registration #
As long as the event has not yet taken place, you can cancel your registration
from your record. Depending on the status of your application, your spot will either be released
immediately or marked as available for replacement so that the organizers can
find a replacement for you.
On-site: Your ID #
On the day of the event, your area will display an ID code (a
code to present or scan). This allows you to confirm your presence on the
site in a simple, full-screen format that is easy to read even outdoors.
My past posts #
A "History " tab summarizes the interactions you've
been involved in. It's a handy way to get an overview of your activity.
